In one day, my Keep Watching the Skies! Science Fiction Movies of the 1950s Blogathon will start. I am delighted I can honor my favorite decade of my favorite film genre. Whether you’re watching a cheesy, crappy one or a riveting, well-written spectacle, sci-fi movies from the 1950s provide a great source of entertainment (many of them deal with or have some basis in the very real fear people had back then of a nuclear holocaust and the Cold War).
