This was just so cool that I had to post this. Bryan Singer’s X-Men: Days of Future Past is becoming one of my most highly anticipated films of 2014, and here is one of the reasons for that:
X-Men: Days of Future Past opens on May 23, 2014, and features returning cast members James McAvoy (as young Charles Xavier), Michael Fassbender (as young Eric Lehnsherr/Magneto), Jennifer Lawrence (as Raven/Mystique), Nicholas Hoult (as Hank McCoy/Beast), Lucas Till (as Alex Summers/Havok), Hugh Jackman (as Logan/Wolverine), Patrick Stewart (as older Charles Xavier), Ian McKellan (as older Eric Lehnsherr/Magneto), Halle Berry (as Ororo Monroe/Storm), Ellen Page (as Kitty Pride/Shadowcat), Shawn Ashmore (as Bobby Drake/Iceman), Anna Paquin (as Marie/Rogue), Daniel Cudmore (as Piotr Rasputin/Colossus), and new cast members Omar Sy (as Bishop), Peter Dinklage (as Bolivar Trask), Evan Peters (as Pietro Maximoff/Quicksilver), and Josh Helman (as William Stryker).
From the Trask Industries website:
“In 1973, Trask Industries introduced the first Sentinel production model, the Mark I. Bolivar Trask’s groundbreaking research in AI, robotics and autonomous ballistic systems laid the foundation for the world’s most capable anti-mutant defense system. Since the program’s inception, we’ve continued to advance our founder’s cause through eight additional generational upgrades and enhancements. As we celebrate five decades of achievement, we also bid farewell to regular production of the Mark I and shift our efforts to full-time manufacturing of the Mark X — our first complete overhaul of the Sentinel line. These highly anticipated units will combine next-generation nanotechnology and bioweapon breakthroughs, promising an even brighter future for the human race.”
