2012 Academy Award Nominations

The nominations for the 85th Academy Awards were announced this morning, and I have to say that I’m quite surprised about some of the nominees (as well as which films got snubbed).  Lincoln leads with 12 nominations, and Ang Lee’s Life of Pi is close behind with 11 nods.  Below are the nominees (my comments will follow in my next blog post).
